PU woodworking processing hose

Application:

 As suction and transport hose especially ideal for abrasive solids,such as dust, powders, wood chips, granulates and ect.

Also are suitable for ventilation and air conditioning system, industrial vacuum cleaner.

Features:

Extremely flexible and compressible;

Extremely abrasion-resistant;

Tearing resistant;

Very transparent wall;

Sizes ranges from 1 to 12 inch are all available;

Wall thickness ranges from 0.4mm to 1.0mm are available;

Different colors are optional. 

Working temperature range:  -40 to +90 degree.

Material: 

Wall: Top grade of Polyurethane, without any PVC

Spiral: Brass coated or Zinc coated spring steel wire

Sizes: 1" ~ 12"

 PVC material is also available. But PU material is 4 times more abrasive resistant than PVC!!!
